Light On Dark Water

This looks awfully interesting: a re-issue of recordings made by the Trees Community, an early '70s Jesus Freak group, drawing a rave review at AMG. The samples sound intriguing, a bit reminiscent of the Incredible String Band (a good thing, in my view, though the IBS is definitely not for everybody). I will be mildly surprised if Daniel Nichols has not at least heard of these folks. Sounds like they actually rode one of the currents of grace that were flowing along with the bad stuff in the late '60s-early '70s. Wonder if they remain Christian or have "grown beyond it"?
