This old hymn has been playing in my head off and on for several days. There are a number of versions on YouTube but most of them are big elaborate idiosyncrathc rock arrangements, and I just want a straightforward rendition. This was the best I could find.
I love that song. The version I’m familiar with is more free-flowing, but I can’t find anything like it on YouTube and I can’t remember the name of the singer.

I think I’ve been feeling somewhat guilty and weak, and very aware of my inability to really fix those things by my own power, and that’s what made the song come into my head.
Well then, I’m glad it came. I was thinking earlier what a good reminder it was.
