Well, four ways: killer in heaven and infidel in hell, as Mr. Bakri supposes, or: killer in hell and infidel in heaven; both in hell; both in heaven. I think we can be excused for liking that second possibility, just for the shock to Mr. Bakri. But we should hope for the last one.
Yes, I was going to say much the same thing. That’s quite a few options!
