Ok, you want something more romantic from these two, I know. Here you go: someone put together "Ring of Fire" in separate versions by each of them, with a montage of images from the excellent movie Walk the Line. The words of the song, as you may know, were in fact written by June about Johnny.
I’ve got to put that movie on my Netlix queue. BTW, when Cash was selling vacuum cleaners door to door, he was working for my granddaddy.

I notice those Johnny & June videos have all sorts of comments about them being in heaven together, and I think they probably are, but people tend to forget, thinking of the romance, that their relationship began in adultery, so the journey to heaven may not have been so straightforward as we tend to assume.
I got some of that! My mother sold clothes to June Carter from her London shop in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Or was it June Carter’s daughter?

I am trying without success to figure out how I can connect myself to either Johnny or June.
This is interesting: his first wife was Catholic, and they had a Catholic wedding where the priest was his wife’s uncle. If that was in the movie I’ve forgotten it.
