I used to really like National Review. I still read their web site. But I have had about all I can stand of the term "enhanced interrogation."

I used to read it quite regularly on the web, but I have looked at it less and less for the past year or so. I haven’t even book marked it since coming to South Bend. I like the chap who does little video interviews with people – name like ‘Common Reasons’. Not the chap, so much, the interviews. There was a good one with Tom Wolfe, for instance.

  2. I’ve never watched those. I’m usually too impatient and scattered to watch videos online, though I do make the effort sometime.

    Uncommon knowledge

  4. Oh yeah. I often think those look interesting but have never actually gotten around to watching one.

  5. Francesca, excuse my infrequent visits and catch me up a bit, please: What brought you to South Bend and how are you liking it?
We’ve had occasion to go to two lovely weddings at the basillica there in the last year.

  6. “The products of conception”. “Collateral damage”. “Enhanced interrogation”.
    Mankind cannot bear much reality.
