Oh, it looks terrifying to me, too, but also fun. As opposed to things like bungee jumping which just look terrifying, period. Of course I realize it would be suicide for me, even if I were capable of standing up on a surfboard on a 3-foot wave. I wonder how death actually occurs in a situation like that. Do you get held under water till you drown, or get all smashed up, or what? I also wonder how they’re so sure it’s a 90-foot wave.
Janet, did you follow up on any of the Kreeft/Dominican stuff? I haven’t (yet). -
