I thought maybe he’s a coach or something, but just checked and found he’s the chairman of the Republican National Committee. Keeps a very low profile.

Good grief. I thought it was probably a fictional character, most likely, coming from Jonah Goldberg, a movie character. The last name (at least) is Greek, apparently.
It’s disturbing to me that he was born in 1972. -
