perhaps the computer models had it splitting into two separate storms…..
Actually they did have something close to that for a while yesterday: the storm heading either straight west or straight east. But what I was griping about here was that they had it possibly hitting anywhere between the Florida panhandle and western Louisiana, but they didn’t mention Alabama and Mississippi.
Maybe there’s a city called Louisiana, FL.

Possibly, though as a rule tropical storms are pretty blunt instruments that would rather smash agains a whole coastline than a single city.
